Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 1/2 cups chevon minsed meat


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos red chilli


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 cups water required


  • 4 nos bread slice


  • 1 tsp giger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp fennal powder

Directions

  • Add oil in presser cooker
  • Add fennal powder and ginger garlic paste
  • Fry onion upto it colour change
  • Then add red chilli powder and salt
  • Finally add meat and water and leave for 4 whistels
  • Fry up-to water disapper. Keep it aside
  • Cut carrot and tomato as per ur wish
  • Stuff meat in middle of two brown bread and add on top red chilli flakes
  • Upper and down add tomato and carrot close with white bread
  • As per your wish add any fresh sandwidge veg and enjoy this tower
